- Working with Project Managers to determine clients’ needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
- Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
- Recording work progress on a weekly basis
- Reviewing budgets to ensure projects remains within scope

LANGUAGES:
- ASP.Net/ASP, VB.Net/VB, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML, T-SQL

SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years ASP / SQL experience
- Ability to develop large scale applications with multiple tiers
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with client contacts
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
- Ability to complete all phases of project cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support

- Managing inbound customer phonecalls
- Creating integration and marketing strategies for non technical customers
- Technical training
- Software webinars
- International Travel and trade show attendance

LANGUAGES:
- HTML, Flash, XML, PHP, basic ASP

SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years SEM / SEO experience
- Ability to use web recording and broadcasting software is an asset
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with client contacts in English (French and Spanish are a plus)
- Ability to assist clients with basic troubleshooting and technical support questions
- Ability to complete all phases of project cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
- Call centre experience is an asset
- Previous helpdesk / Technical support experience
